Studio Agreement
The STUDIO Savannah will hold 2 shows a year
You are responsible to pay the costume fees before the performance
This applies to students that quit before the performance. After 30 days of registering, we must be informed if a student is not participating in the recital, otherwise they will be responsible for costume payment.
Recital Costumes will not be distributed until account is in good standing
Payments
All payments will be accepted through autopay only.
Every account will require a card on file that will be automatically charged monthly for subscribed tuition.
No checks accepted.
You will receive a series of 10 tuition charges.
You are responsible for tuition regardless of vacation, absence, or unforeseeable natural disasters beyond our control.
All services are subject to a 3% processing fee
You will be presented with a registration confirmation that will reflect your schedule, monthly tuition, and form of payment. If there are any discrepancies or if you wish to make any changes please let us know before the first day of class.
Tuition is non-refundable. You must give 30 days notice for un-enrollment before the next monthly tuition is posted.

Bi-Annual Savings: Two Bi-annual payments: 5% off total
Annual Savings: One annual payment: 10% off total *If you wish to pay upfront and receive the following discounts, please let us know via email and we can change your monthly bill to an inclusive one. *Once this is paid, tuition cannot be refunded if student quits before the end of the season Payment Policies
All tuition will be due on the 1st of every month, when autopay will be run
A late fee of $15 will be added to all outstanding bills after the 10th of every month.
An additional late fee will be added on every month until payment is rendered.
If an invoice is over 1 month late, classes will be discontinued until account is in good standing. Cancellation Policies
If you wish to drop a class, you will have to submit an un-enrollment form and we will cancel recurring tuition payments, starting the following month.
If you decide to cancel after tuition has been billed we cannot issue a refund for tuition already paid.
Private lessons: we require a 24-hour cancellation notice, otherwise payment will still be due to compensate instructor. The floor fee in non-refundable.
